Kary O. Haymes Robbins, 82, of Herculaneum, Mo., died Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2002, at Scenic View Skilled Care in Herculaneum.
She was born March 12, 1920, at Joplin, Mo., daughter of Pryor Earl and Ouida Davis Haymes Sr. She and Bert Robbins were married Dec. 30, 1938, in Pittsburg, Kan. He preceded her in death July 25, 1983.
Kary was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau, and New Madrid Chapter 293 Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Randall P. and Linda Robbins of Sherman, Ill.; a daughter and son-in-law, Jettie A. and Gary Hobbs of Cedar Hill, Mo.; six grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Pryor Haymes; two sisters, Maxine Varner and Velma Bunting.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau from 5 to 7 p.m. today. An Eastern Star service will be held at 7.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Lee Roy Quinn officiating.
A committal service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery in Joplin.
