KAREN MARIE MAYER

PERRYVILLE -- Karen Marie Mayer, 43 years old, of St. Ann, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 1991, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville.

She was born Jan. 19, 1948 in St. Louis, daughter of Luther R. Cory, of St. Louis, and Leola C. Tackaberry Boyer, of Perryville. They both survive.

She was married to James Mayer on March 26, 1977. He survives of the home.

Also surviving are a stepfather, James Boyer, of Perryville; two brothers, Bruce Cory, St. Louis, and Gregory Cory, Montgomery, Ala.; one sister, Lola Ann Cory, St. Louis; and two sons; and two daughters.

She was a machine operator for an electrical parts manufacturer.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Tuesday at Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jeffrey Lloyd officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery in Perryville.
