Karen E. C. Lawson, 72, of Jackson passed away Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at Jackson Manor.
She was born July 27, 1943, in Niota, Illinois, the daughter of Clarence and Laura Livingston Boyle.
Karen was employed for 15 years at Major Custom Cable, retiring in 2008.

Loving survivors include a son, Robin (Melissa) Siegfried of Richland, Iowa; a daughter, Sheila (Herby) Snider of Water Valley, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Shyenne Friese, Mandy Cox, Brittney and Waylyn Myers and Cole, Morgan and Austin Siegfried; and a sister, Donna Schmidt of Shawneetown.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Jeff Siegfried; and two brothers.
