ANNA, Ill. -- Justin King, 18, of Anna died Wednesday, March 15, 2000, at Union County Hospital from injuries received in an automobile accident. He was born Nov. 4, 1981, in Carbondale, son of Billy Joe and Denise Dammeyer King. King was a senior at Anna Jonesboro Community High School, where he was a member of the Wildcat Varsity baseball and football teams and was all-conference and all-South. ANNA, Ill. -- Justin King, 18, of Anna died Wednesday, March 15, 2000, at Union County Hospital from injuries received in an automobile accident.

He was born Nov. 4, 1981, in Carbondale, son of Billy Joe and Denise Dammeyer King.

King was a senior at Anna Jonesboro Community High School, where he was a member of the Wildcat Varsity baseball and football teams and was all-conference and all-South. He was a member of the school's Outdoor Club and a member of Mount Glen Deer Camp.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Denise and Max Miller of Anna, his father of Jonesboro; six sisters, Jamie Dick of Danville, Kelli Dick of Denver, Kelley Miller of Anna, Vicki Coats and Karen Moore of Wickliffe, Ky., Tammie Aden of Dongola; two brothers, Bryan Dick and Jason Miller of Anna; and grandmother, Rhoda Miller of Anna.

He was preceded in death by grandparents.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Anna from 5 to 9 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Anna Jonesboro Community High School gym. The Rev. David Eidson will officiate with burial in Ebenezer Hall Cemetery.
