Justin King, 18, of Anna, Ill., died Wednesday, March 15, 2000, at Union County Hospital from injuries in an automobile accident.
He was born Nov. 4, 1981, in Carbondale, Ill., son of Billy Joe and Denise Dammeyer King.
King was a senior at Anna Jonesboro Community High School, where he was a member of the Wildcat Varsity baseball team, Wildcat Varsity football team, was all-conference and all-South and a member of the Outdoor Club. He also was a member of Mount Glen Deer Camp.
Survivors include his parents, Dee and Max Miller of Anna and Bill King of Jonesboro; six sisters, Jamie Dick of Danville, Kelli Dick of Denver, Kelley Miller of Anna, Vicki Coats and Karen Moore of Wickliffe, Ky., and Tammie Aden of Dongola.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Anna from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Anna Jonesboro Community High School gym. The Rev. David Eidson will officiate, with burial in Ebenezer Hall Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the AJ Wildcat baseball program.
