MARBLE HILL -- Funeral service for Junior Oscar Rhodes, Marble Hill Route 1, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Baker Funeral Chapel. The Revs. Alonzo Rhodes and Randy Poole will officiate. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery, with graveside rites by VFW Post 5900.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.

Rhodes, 65, died Monday, Nov. 25, 1991, at John Cochran V.A. Medical Center in St. Louis.

He was born Oct. 20, 1926, at Bessville, son of Oscar Franklin and Beulah A. Butler Rhodes. His mother later married Luke Sitze.

Rhodes was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War.
