FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. -- June Elizabeth Bollinger, 83, of Fort Walton Beach, formerly of Scott City, died Thursday, April 21, 2005, at Emerald Coast Nursing Home in Fort Walton Beach.

She was born June 20, 1921, in Scott City, daughter of the late Richard Thomas and Tempa Elizabeth (Wolf) Wolfe.

Bollinger lived most of her life in Bloomfield, Mo., where she worked for many years for Tucker's Cafe while raising her children and in Poplar Bluff, Mo., where she owned and operated June's Cafe. She returned to Scott City after her retirement in 1990 and then moved to Florida in 1997 to be near her son.

Bollinger was a member of Illmo Methodist Church and various organizations.

Survivors include a son, Richard "Butch" Bollinger and wife June of Valparaiso, Fla.; a sister, Lorraine "Dottie" Link of Roswell, N.M.; four grandchildren, Kevin Cross and wife Angie of Dexter, Mo., Rick Bollinger and wife Kimberly of Tampa, Fla., Terry Bollinger and wife Julie of Lafayette, La., Laurie Alley of Dyersberg, Tenn.; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Thomas Wolfe; mother, Tempa Elizabeth (Wolf) Wolfe; a daughter, Roxanna "Jeannie" Taylor; two brothers, Fred and Ted Wolfe; two sisters, Louise and Alma; and a great-granddaughter, Noelle Bollinger.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.

Service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jim Woeltje officiating.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery at Cape Girardeau.
