Julie Ann Farrow, 73, of Jackson died Friday, April 17, 2015, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Nov. 13, 1941, in Columbus, Ohio, to John Edward and Marjorie Elizabeth Morris White. She and Gerald D. Farrow were married June 22, 2000, in Reno, Nevada.

Julie was a registered nurse in both hospitals and home health.

She and her husband moved to Jackson from St. Ann, Missouri, in 2000. She was a member of La Croix United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau, where she was active as a Stephen Minister.

She enjoyed crocheting, their campground, her huge family, her church family, her dogs and living her life for her Lord.

Survivors include her husband, Gerald "Jerry" Farrow of Jackson; two sons, Kurt (Laurie) Butler of Lorton, Virginia, and Kent Butler of Lafayette, Indiana; two brothers, Craig (Joyce) White of Lee's Summit, Missouri, and Doug (Chris) White of Logansport, Indiana; four sisters, Ellen (Ralph) Wagner of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, Mary Kay (Bob) Breshears of Lee's Summit, Carolyn Ply of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and Anita (Carl) Beckner of Grayslake, Illinois; seven grandchildren, Kian Perkins, Kitrick and Jacob Bingham, Kathy, Sarah, Mitch and Robert Butler; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Kelly Bingham.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Brett Cheek officiating. Burial will be in McLain Chapel Cemetery at Oriole.

Memorial contributions may be given to ICA International Crisis Aid or Feed My Starving Children.
