Julia Ossig

GLEN ALLEN, Mo. -- Julia Maude Ossig, 90, of Glen Allen, died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2001 at St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born Feb. 19, 1911, at Marble Hill, Mo., daughter of John Edwin and MaryAnn Penturf Kinder. She and Edward T. Ossig Sr. were married Nov. 4, 1937, at Jackson, Mo.

Ossig was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church of Glen Allen.

Survivors include three sons, E. Tom Ossig Jr. of Marble Hill, and John Ossig and David Ossig, both of Glen Allen.

She was preceded in death by her husband, eight sisters and three brothers.

Visitation will be at Hutchings Funeral Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel. The Rev. Dale Huff will officiate, with burial in Glen Allen Cemetery.
