JULIA OLISHIFSKI

Julia Olishifski, 96, of Cape Girardeau, died Thursday, June 3, 1993, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born March 25, 1897, in Poland, daughter of Stanislaw and Maria Sikora Krukowski.

She married Bronislaw "Ben" Olishifski in Chicago, Ill. He preceded her in death in June of 1961.

Survivors include a son, Julian B. Olishifski of Berwyn, Ill.; a daughter, Emily O. Wheeler of Broadview, Ill.; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

One daughter preceded her in death.

She had lived in Cape Girardeau about 10 years. Prior to that she lived in Lady Smith, Wis., where she and her husband farmed.

There were no visitation or service.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
