DEXTER, Mo. -- Judith Ann Wiseman, 72, of Dexter, was born Nov. 1, 1939, in Ancell, the daughter of Paul R. and Helen Blattel Kiehne. She departed earthly life Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, at Landmark Hospital in Cape Girardeau following complications from surgery.
Judy attended Marquette Grade School and Central High School.
On Jan. 31, 1959, she married Bill Jones. To their union five children were born, Beverly Jones of Cape Girardeau, Kenny (Lori) Jones, Tom (Patty) Jones and Donna Jones, all of Marble Hill, Mo., and Laura (Perry) McCutcheon of Marquand, Mo.
On Dec. 28, 1981, she married Cecil Wiseman of Dexter. He survives.
For many years she worked at Brown Shoe Co. in Bernie, Mo.
Besides Cecil and her children, she is survived by two sisters, Betty (Dale) Brown of McClure, Ill., and Sue (Bill) Roussel of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Paul (Shirley) Kiehne and Larry (Lois) Kiehne, both of Millersville; her grandchildren, Amber and Dawn Jones, MacKenzie (Justin) Drury, Brett, Trent and Leah Jones, Cody and Dustin (Whitney) McCutcheon, Dillin and Jack Jones, Cassi, Rebbecca and Brandon Jansen; her stepchildren, Peggy Shaver of Spring, Texas, Kenneth and Richard Wiseman, both of Dexter; eight stepgrandchildren; and seven great-stepgrandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with her son, Kenny Jones, officiating. Burial will follow in Baker Cemetery near Marble Hill.
