WHITEWATER, Mo. -- Judith Ann Pender, 54, of Whitewater, died Sunday, Aug. 12, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Aug. 14, 1946, at Cape Girardeau, daughter of Lee and Pauline Miller Burlbaugh. She and Ralph Pender were married Dec. 16, 1998, at Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include her husband; her mother, Pauline Burlbaugh Paul of Whitewater; three sons, Mike Burlbaugh of Whitewater, Shannon Windeknecht of Kansas and Joe Windeknecht of Jackson, Mo.; two daughters, Cindy Menz and Penny Burnell, both of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Conrad Burlbaugh of Scott City, Mo.; a sister, Elaine Limbeck of Olive Branch, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a sister and her father.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel. Burial will be in the Hobbs Chapel cemetery.
