Juanita Pauline Riley Walker, 87 years, 11 months and 21 days, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016, at the Monticello House in Jackson.
Juanita was born Feb. 20, 1928, in Hahn, Missouri, the daughter of the late Arthur Lawrence and Lillian Morlan Myers. On Dec. 21, 1946, she married Melvin Junior Riley in Piggott, Arkansas. He preceded her in death May 9, 1994. She later married Walter Leon Walker, and he preceded her in death Oct. 22, 1997.
Juanita had lived in Essex and Advance, Missouri, for many years. She had worked as a cook at the Hornet's Nest Restaurant and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are one son, Dean Riley of Fruitland; two daughters, Paula Sue Gregori of Jackson and Carla Riley of Advance; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one brother, Carl Myers of Pevely, Missouri. Other relatives and friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by one son, Roger Dale Riley; one brother, Leo Myers; and one sister, Lorene Kennedy Tidwell.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Essex Cemetery in Essex.
