TAMMS, Ill. -- Juanita Neathamer, 88, of Westland, Mich., died Sunday, Feb. 11, 1996, at Annapolis Hospital in Wayne, Mich.
She was born July 25, 1907, in Tamms, daughter of Frank L. and Cora D. Smith Tinsley. She married Woodrow "Woody" Neathamer, who died in May 1983.
Neathamer was a member of Grace Baptist Church in River Rouge, Mich., and member of White Shrine of Jerusalem. She worked at Kaiser-Fraiser during World War II, building the C-119.
Survivors include a daughter, Debbie Dettling of Clarkston, Mich.; two sisters, Rosalie Costello of Westland and Barbara Hill of Belleville, Mich.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Graveside service will be held at 12:15 p.m. Saturday at Lindsey Cemetery in McClure, with the Rev. Billy Don Heady officiating.
Friends may call Saturday at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms from 9 a.m.-noon.
