JUANITA JONES

DEXTER, Mo. -- Juanita Catherine Jones, 80, of Dexter died Saturday, Feb. 10, 2001, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.

She was born Jan. 23, 1921, in Illinois, daughter of Ernest and Edna Brooks Duke. She and Paul N. Jones were married Dec. 21, 1943, in St. Louis. He died June 8, 1999.

She was a Pentecost.

Survivors include two sons, Eddie Jones and Brad Jones, both of Dexter; a daughter, Sheila Matney of Dexter; a sister, Margaret Janwiskey of Tiff, Mo.; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at the Rainey Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Cody Mosbey will officiate, with burial in the Hagy Cemetery.
