JUANITA J. WHITAKER

URBANDALE, Ill. -- Juanita Jane Whitaker, 63, of Urbandale died Monday, Jan. 15, 1996, at her home.

She was born April 10, 1932, at Cairo, Ill., to Lloyd and Minnie Fair Hafford.

She was a member of Urbandale Community Chapel.

Survivors are her husband, the Rev. Raymond Whitaker of Urbandale; a daughter, Jane Whitaker of Urbandale; five sons, Raymond Whitaker Jr. and Robert Whitaker, both of Urbandale, Jerry Whitaker of Thebes, Ill., Don Whitaker of Tunnel Hill, Ill., and Phillip Whitaker of Hopkinsville, Ky.; five sisters, Edith Fair, Eunice Calvin and Patsy Stiff, all of Cairo, Dorothy Cruise of Pocahontas, Ill., and Elyvon Harper of Warren, Mich; a brother, Robert Hafford of Cairo; and several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Spencer Heights Cemetery in Mounds, Ill., with Jerry Whitaker officiating.
