Juanita N. Hosea, 89, of Cape Girardeau, died Thursday Dec. 23, 1993 at the Lutheran Home
She was born May 13, 1904 at Perkins, the daughter of Robert and Susan Francis Wolff Willett. She married Walter S. Hosea on Sept. 2, 1921 at Benton. He died in 1986.
Survivors are: one son, Walter Hosea, Jr. of Winter Springs, Fla.; one daughter, Mrs. Jeanette Juden of Cape; two sisters, Marjorie Martin of Spotsylvania, Va. and Capitola Griffith of Hazelwood; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
One daughter preceded her in death.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church and had been a resident of Cape since 1921. Years ago she worked at the Sallee Ann dress shop, and for 20 years she was with JCPenney and retired as a department head.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. Private grave side services will be Wednesday at Memorial Park with Rev. John Owen officiating.
