Juanita L. Farrar, 72, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2000, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born March 23, 1928, in Advance, Mo., daughter of Frank and Edith Humphrey Farrar.
She has worked for 35 years with AT&T and Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. She was a member of Southwood Baptist Church in Tulsa, Okla., and Telephone Pioneer Workers of America.
Survivors include two brothers, Carl Farrar of Cape Girardeau and Bill Farrar of Rolla, Mo.; five sisters, Jane Henrichsen, Mary Evans, Dorothy Bowers and Alice Ketcher, all of Cape Girardeau and Verda Minton of Jackson, Mo.; 16 nieces and nephews; and 26 great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4:30-8 p.m. tonight at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance, Mo.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Stan Gibson officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
