Joyce Darlene Schoen, 73, of Scott City died Monday, Oct. 31, 2016, at her home.
She was born July 3, 1943, in Gray's Point, Missouri, to Francis and Elizabeth Lindemann Cassout.
She worked at Brant's Boarding Home and in home care for many years. She attended First Assembly of God in Scott City.
She is survived by a daughter, Betty (Terry) McBride of Scott City; her fiance, Kenneth Turner of Bokchito, Oklahoma; two sisters, Juanita Medley of Scott City and Sally (Ray) Cotton of Chaffee, Missouri; four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons and two brothers.
Visitation will from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Randy Morse officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Memorial Cemetery in Scott City.
