JOYCE PRATT

PUXICO -- Joyce Ann Pratt, 57, of Puxico died Sunday, Oct. 17, 1999, at Lucy Lee Hospital in Poplar Bluff.

She was born Dec. 12, 1941, in Puxico, daughter of Lawrence "Shorty" and Mildred Obards Buttry. She and Charles R. Pratt were married May 30, 1958, in Hernando, Miss.

Pratt was a 1959 graduate of Puxico High School. She attended General Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Chris Pratt of Puxico; two daughters, Kimmie Hendrix of Dexter, Rhonda Vanover of Puxico; two brothers, Bob Buttry of Wappapello, Tom Buttry of O'Fallon; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico after 6 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Revs. Kenneth Lambert and Johnny Buttry will officiate. Burial will be in Brown Cemetery.
