BERTRAND, Mo. -- Joyce A. Daniel, 72, of Bertrand died Sunday, July 11, 2010, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born April 18, 1938, in Concordia, Kan., daughter of Orval Allen and Leilah Myrhl McMorris Simpson. She and Quentin E. Daniel Jr. were married Feb. 17, 1959, in Wichita, Kan.
Joyce was a 1957 graduate of Wichita High School North.
She was a member of House of Prayer Tabernacle in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include her husband, Quentin E. Daniel Jr. of Bertrand; four daughters, Anita Phillips of Hot Springs, Ark., Arleena (Brad) Littlepage of Glenallen, Mo., Anna (Butch) Tucker of Marble Hill, Mo., Angela (Gary) Barkley of Moline, Kan.; a sister, Judy Ayres of Branson, Mo.; seven grandchildren, Josh Foster, Aaron Tucker, Kristal Tucker, Ryan Tucker, Justin Wacaster, Joseph Wacaster, Amber Wacaster; two stepgrandchildren, Kassi and Blake Littlepage.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Joe Heflin officiating. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.
