JOYCE BARTLES

SIKESTON -- Graveside service for Joyce Bartles of Mt. Vernon will be held at 2 p.m. today at Garden of Memories Cemetery. Dr. Jim Guffie will officiate.

Ponder Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Bartles, 68, died Tuesday, March 3, 1998, in Mt. Vernon.

She was born July 20, 1929, in Tennessee, daughter of Curtis Alvin and Myrtle Leone Jones Bartles.

Bartles had worked at Sikeston Community Sheltered Workshop.

Survivors include a family friend, Wanda Smith of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
