Joshua Elam, the infant son of Michael and Michelle Womble Elam of Cape Girardeau, died at birth Thursday night, Oct. 17, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. The parents survive, along with paternal grandmother, Carolyn Elam of Bismarck; maternal grandparents, Elvis and Sharon Womble of Bismarck; and great-grandparents, Helen Eaker of Patton, Phyllis Luhman of Kankakee, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Robert Womble of Bismarck; and Mildred Miller of Bismarck...

The parents survive, along with paternal grandmother, Carolyn Elam of Bismarck; maternal grandparents, Elvis and Sharon Womble of Bismarck; and great-grandparents, Helen Eaker of Patton, Phyllis Luhman of Kankakee, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Robert Womble of Bismarck; and Mildred Miller of Bismarck.

A graveside service was held at Memorial Park Cemetery at 1 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Rodney Shipman officiating. Funeral arrangements were made by Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel.
