JOSEPHINE O'DELL

MILLERSVILLE, Mo. -- Josephine F. O'Dell, 84, of Millersville died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2000, at the home of a daughter in Millersville.

She was born Dec. 30, 1915, in Coal City, Ind., daughter of Zachariah and Mary Belle Reynolds Fiscus. She and Manuel O'Dell were married June 22, 1940. He died Feb. 8, 1975.

O'Dell was a certified nurse aide at Deal Nursing Home 24 years, retiring in 1981. She was a member of Millersville United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Melvin Ray O'Dell of Millersville; three daughters, Ella O'Dell of Cape Girardeau, Sonja Hicks of St. Louis, Frances Campbell of Millersville; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, four brothers and four sisters.

Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson, Mo., from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Lloyd Bollinger will officiate. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery at Jackson.
