JOSEPHINE OBERMANN

CHAFFEE - Josephine Obermann, 88, of Chaffee, died Saturday, Feb. 8, 1992, at the Cape Girardeau Nursing Center.

She was born Dec. 6, 1903, daughter of Gottfried and Dorothea Graden Probst.

She married Fred H. Obermann on May 23, 1922. He preceded her in death on Dec. 24, 1980.

Survivors are two sons, Paul F. Obermann of Chaffee and Walter H. Obermann of Spring, Texas; and one granddaughter.

She was also preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.

She was a member of the Evangelical United Church of Christ in Cape Girardeau.

Friends may call at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee after 4:30 p.m. today.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. James G. Caughlan officiating. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery.
