SIKESTON -- Funeral mass for Josephine Agnes Herman of Sikeston will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, with Msgr. William Stanton officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Nunnelee Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Herman, 88, died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 1995, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Nov. 22, 1906, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of John F. and Margaret C. Carmody Rogers. She and John F. Herman were married Nov. 24, 1937. He died Dec. 22, 1984.

Herman was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church.

Survivors include two granddaughters, Judy Scarbrough of Indianapolis, Ind., Jane Eigenbrod of Sikeston, and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and five sisters.
