KELSO, Mo. -- Joseph Lee Figliolo Jr., 53, of Kelso died Saturday, June 7, 2014, at his home.

He was born Feb. 1, 1961, in St. Louis, to Joseph Lee and Elaine Moyers Figliolo Sr.

Joseph enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid sportsman. He liked fishing, golf, softball, handball and weightlifting.

Survivors include his mother, Elaine Figliolo of Kelso; his father, Joseph Figliolo Sr. (Becki) of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Michele Figliolo (Kendra Evans) of Benton, Missouri, and Cindy Voelker of Morgan City, Louisiana; two brothers, Brad Figliolo (Carolyn) of Cape Girardeau and Mike Figliolo of Kelso.

Also two aunts, Sharon Davis of Cape Girardeau and Vicki Moyers of Benton; five uncles, Rick Figliolo (Toni) of Festus, Missouri, Buford Moyers (Sue) of Bosier City, Louisiana, Ronnie Moyers (Pam) of Joplin, Missouri, David Moyers (Joleda) of Cape Girardeau County, and Jimmy Moyers (Rosezetta) of Cape Girardeau; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and many friends.

He was preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents, and two uncles, Charles Moyers and Randy Davis.

A gathering for family and friends will be from 4 p.m. until time of service Thursday at Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
