CAIRO, Ill. -- Joseph David Miller, 6, died Wednesday, Oct. 11, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo., from injuries received in a pedestrian-vehicle accident.
He was born Jan. 26, 1989, in Carbondale, son of Roger and Becky Miller.
Joseph was a first grade student at Emerson School in Cairo, and attended Washington Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents; two sisters, Jennifer and Tonia Miller; paternal grandparents, Harold and Carolyn Miller of Cairo, and maternal grandmother, Charlotte Rarick of Greenville, Mich.
Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo after 5 p.m. Saturday.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Washington Avenue Church, with the Rev. David Hyde and Minister Richard Mansel officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge.
