PERRYVILLE -- Joseph A. Blechle, 56, of Chicago died Saturday, Jan. 18, 1997, in Sun Valley, Idaho.
He was born Oct. 18, 1940, at Biehle, son of Edward O. and Anna Welker Blechle.
Blechle was a 1959 graduate of St. Vincent's High School. He was a foreman many years at American and Granite City Steel Companies. He was a member of Catholic War Veterans in Belleville, Ill. He served in the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include two sons, Nicholas Blechle of Waterloo, Ill., Patrick Blechle of Des Plaines, Ill.; a daughter, Julie Blechle of Okawville, Ill.; a brother, Charles Blechle of St. Louis; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a twin brother.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Thursday.
Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Vincent's Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in St. Boniface Cemetery.
