CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Jon R. Limbaugh, 69, of Chaffee died Friday, March 19, 2010, at the family home in Chaffee. He was born March 8, 1941, the son of Jack and Elizabeth "Betty" Poe Limbaugh in Oran, Mo. On Feb. 2, 2001, he married Barbara Spencer. Mr. Limbaugh was a retired union pipe fitter for Local 184 of Paducah, Ky. He was in the U.S. Navy from 1959 to 1965. CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Jon R. Limbaugh, 69, of Chaffee died Friday, March 19, 2010, at the family home in Chaffee.

He was born March 8, 1941, the son of Jack and Elizabeth "Betty" Poe Limbaugh in Oran, Mo. On Feb. 2, 2001, he married Barbara Spencer.

Mr. Limbaugh was a retired union pipe fitter for Local 184 of Paducah, Ky. He was in the U.S. Navy from 1959 to 1965. He was a member of Chaffee Elks Lodge No. 1810.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jim Limbaugh.

Mr. Limbaugh is survived by his wife; two sons, Jeff Limbaugh of Sikeston, Mo., and Russell (Wendi) Limbaugh of Kelso, Mo.; two grandchildren, Holly Limbaugh of Springfield, Mo., and Christopher Limbaugh of Kelso.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Vyron Yount officiating. Burial will be in Friend Cemetery in Oran, Mo.
