Foster, 48, died Monday, Jan. 17, 2000, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born June 30, 1951, at Vanduser, son of Joann Foster.

Foster lived in the Vanduser and Bloomfield communities.

Survivors include a brother, Rickey Foster of Vanduser.

He was preceded in death by his mother.
