JOHN S. WALLER

CHARLESTON -- John S. Waller, 81, of St. Louis, died Tuesday, Oct. 10, 1995, at St. Anthony's Hospital.

He was born Feb. 24, 1914, in Charleston, son of Raymond and Iva Syre Waller. He and Dessie Freeman were married Nov. 27, 1957, in Holly Springs, Miss.

Waller was a building contractor.

Survivors include his wife; a son, David Waller of Oklahoma; a grandson, and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, three brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Ted Wimberly officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
