John A. Ing, 50, of Cape Girardeau died Nov. 10, 2005, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born on Oct. 21, 1955, in Cape Girardeau, son of Norman E. and Mary Cotner Ing.

He and Nancy Rains were married on Dec. 30, 1996, in Wickliffe, Ky.

He was a member of Christian Faith Fellowship in Cape Girardeau. He was employed by SEMO Tuck-Pointing as a tuck pointer.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Ing of Cape Girardeau; his father, Norman Ing of Cape Girardeau; two sons, John Ing Jr., Tony Welker, both of Cape Girardeau; four daughters, Krisinda Cook, Karley Ing and Rachele Ing, all of Cape Girardeau, and Tisha Todd of Jackson; a brother, Eugene Ing of Chaffee, Mo.; five sisters, Mary Ann Casey and Debra Hulsman, both of Livingston, Texas, Linda Horn of Cambria, Ill., Kristl Bowles of Carbondale, Ill., and Sherry Ing of Perryville, Mo.; two grandchildren, Kaitlyn Todd, Elijah Cook; special friend, Kathy Smith of Cape Girardeau.

He was preceded in death by his mother, two brothers and two nephews.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

Service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home with Apostle Mark Carbaugh and Pastor John Seabaugh officiating.

Burial will be in McGee Chapel Cemetery in Glenallen, Mo.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
