PATTON -- John H. Johnson, 74, of Patton, died Sunday, Dec. 12, 1993, at his home.
He was born in Bollinger County, son of Dave and Alice Johnson.
Johnson received a bachelor of science degree from Southeast Missouri State University, and attended Washington University in St. Louis. As director of quality control with two Fortune 500 companies, he had worked throughout the United States. After retiring he returned to Patton.
He was a fighter pilot and prisoner of war during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, the former Nell Bollinger; a daughter, Jonna Manes; a son, Robert Johnson; a brother, Foy Johnson of Fredericktown, and four grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Liley Funeral Chapel in Patton. Burial will be in Patton Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. today.
