John G. Cooper, 59, of St. Louis, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Thursday, Oct. 8, 1992 at St. Louis Regional Medical Center. He was born in Cape Girardeau, the son of Peter and Ruth Greer Cooper. He is survived by two brothers, James Cooper and Peter Cooper, both of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Vera Cooper, of Cape Girardeau; 12 nieces and one nephew...

John G. Cooper, 59, of St. Louis, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Thursday, Oct. 8, 1992 at St. Louis Regional Medical Center.

He was born in Cape Girardeau, the son of Peter and Ruth Greer Cooper.

He is survived by two brothers, James Cooper and Peter Cooper, both of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Vera Cooper, of Cape Girardeau; 12 nieces and one nephew.

He had lived in St. Louis for more than 40 years.

Friends may call at Ford & Sons Sprigg St. Chapel from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today.

Service will be held at the funeral home at 1 p.m. today, with the Rev. Earl Cox officiating. Interment will be in Fairmont Cemetery.
