SIKESTON -- John Bernard Edyvean Jr., 15 months, of Sikeston died Friday, May 2, 1997, at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born Jan. 4, 1996 in Cape Girardeau, son of John and Crystal Bewley Edyvean Sr., and they survive him.

He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, John and Larry Boyer of Sikeston; maternal grandparents, Kay and Dale Hanks of Sikeston; paternal great-grandmother, Clara Belins of Stark, Fla.; and maternal great-grandmother, Lela McCoy of Morley.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather.

Friends may call after 1 p.m. Tuesday at Nunnelee Funeral Capel. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
