PATTON -- John A. Brotherton, 41, of Patton, was dead on arrival at St. Francis Medical Center Sunday, Sept. 22, 1991.
He was born Jan. 9, 1950, at Patton, son of Kelly and Ruby Douglas Brotherton.
He was employed by General Motors Co. at Wentzville.
He was a Viet Nam Army veteran. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge at Marble Hill.
Survivors include his parents; a stepson, Gary Choate of Neely's Landing; and two brothers, Ronnie Brotherton and Rocky Brotherton, both of Patton.
Service will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Liley's Funeral Home in Patton, with the Rev. Paul Presnell and the Rev. Eddie Long officiating. Burial will be in Post Oak Cemetery near Patton.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
