EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- Joda L. Landers, 90, of Alhambra, formerly of Wolf Lake, Ill., died Saturday, May 24, 1997, at the University Manor in Edwardsville. EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- Joda L. Landers, 90, of Alhambra, formerly of Wolf Lake, Ill., died Saturday, May 24, 1997, at the University Manor in Edwardsville.

She was born February 20, 1907, at Ardiola, Mo., the daughter of Elijah and Laura Adcock Kelso. She and Floyd "Red" Landers married Dec. 21, 1938, in Jackson, Mo.

Landers was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include two daughters, Betty Crain and Mary Taylor of Anna; a son, Eugene Bollinger of Baton Rouge, La.; two sisters, Ethel Metcalf of Bloomfield, Mo. and Louise Palmer of Wolf Lake, Ill.; a brother, Harve Kelso of Bell City, Mo.; six grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother and a grandchild.

Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna, Ill.

Funeral service will be at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Paul Sadler officiating. Burial will be in the Beech Grove Cemetery.
