Joanna Milne Tygett, 69, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, March 10, 2000, at Saxony Village Manor. She was born May 20, 1930, in Jackson, Miss., daughter of Dr. John and Verna Glavin Milne. Joanna Milne Tygett, 69, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, March 10, 2000, at Saxony Village Manor.
She was born May 20, 1930, in Jackson, Miss., daughter of Dr. John and Verna Glavin Milne. She was a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau. She also held memberships in P.E.O. Chapter GF and the Village Garden Club.

Survivors include one daughter, Mary Tygett of Warrensburg; and one sister, Kathryn Little of Cape Carteret, N.C.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons.
Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Hugh V. Stewart officiating.
