EAST PRAIRIE -- Funeral for Jimree R. Allen of East Prairie will be held at 11 a.m. today at Shelby Funeral Home. Fred Girdwood will officiate. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery.

Allen, 75, died Friday, Oct. 22, 1999, at East Prairie Nursing Center.

She was born Feb. 23, 1924, in Mississippi County, daughter of James F. and Louise Butler Reynolds. She married Alfred Marshall Allen, who died in 1973.

Allen lived in Mississippi County most of her life. She was a member of First Christian Church.

Survivors include a son, Eric Allen of St. Louis; and a sister, Lola Wright of Dallas, Texas.

She was preceded in death by a brother.
