Jewell Hager

Jewell A. Hager, 94, of Farmington, Mo., formerly of Gordonville, died Monday, Jan. 29, 2007, at Camelot Nursing Home in Farmington.

She was born April 27, 1912, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Squire and Clara Davis. She married Lawrence C. Hager, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters, Dorothy Herbst of Farmington, Carolyn Whitmire of Raleigh, N.C.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter and a sister.

There was no visitation.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
