KEWANEE -- Jessie Vines, 74, of Kewanee died Saturday, March 25, 2000 at her home. She was born Sept. 25, 1925, in Blytheville, Ark., daughter of Cecil Smith and Minnie Hall Cizan. She and Ezra Wesley "E.W." Vines were married Nov. 11, 1941, at East Prairie. He died Aug. 8, 1992...

KEWANEE -- Jessie Vines, 74, of Kewanee died Saturday, March 25, 2000 at her home.

She was born Sept. 25, 1925, in Blytheville, Ark., daughter of Cecil Smith and Minnie Hall Cizan. She and Ezra Wesley "E.W." Vines were married Nov. 11, 1941, at East Prairie. He died Aug. 8, 1992.

Vine was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church in Kewanee.

Survivors include a daughter, Lois Faye Medley of Canalou; two grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, a sister and a grandson.

Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today at Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
