PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Jessie Mae Lottes, 92, of Perryville died Tuesday, July 21, 2009, at Independence Care Center in Perryville.

She moved to Chateau Girardeau in Cape Girardeau in 1993 from Perryville, and returned to Perryville in September 2008.

Lottes was born March 29, 1917, in Patton, Mo., daughter of T.D. and Maggie Heitman Robinson. She married John F. Lottes Jr. on Nov. 10, 1938, in St. Louis. He preceded her in death Feb. 14, 1994.

Survivors include a son, John "Skip" Lottes and wife Joanna J. of Perryville; two grandchildren, Karen L. Lundy and husband John of Perryville, Steven M. Lottes of Columbia, Mo.; four great-grandchildren, Lezlie and Megan Lundy of Perryville, Sydney and Annie Lottes of Columbia.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and four sisters.

Lottes was a registered nurse and graduated from Missouri Baptist School of Nursing in St. Louis in 1938.

She donated her body to science and the immediate family will observe a private memorial service at a later date.

Memorials are preferred to Southeast Hospice or St. Vincent de Paul Endowment Fund.

Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville provided the arrangements.
