EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Jerry Wayne Zook Sr., 54, of East Prairie, died Thursday, July 27, 2000, at his home.
He was born Dec. 5, 1945, in East Prairie, son of Jake and Ruth Nall Ishmael.
Zook lived in East Prairie most of his life. He was a truck driver for U.S.A. Trucking of West Memphis, Ark. He was a member of the Church of Christ of East Prairie.
Survivors include his parents; two sons, Jerry W. Zook Jr. of Parrish, Fla., and David Lee Zook of Aluchula, Fla.; a daughter, Laura Jo Cope of Crossville, Tenn.; a brother, Harry Lee Ishmael of Chaffee; two sisters, Chessie Keene and Donna Shands, both of East Prairie; and three grandchildren.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. Saturday at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Aubrey Wilson officiating. Burial will be in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
