Jerry Stone

Jerry Stone, 85, of Cape Girardeau passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Dec. 20, 1936, in St. Louis, son of Boyd C. and Blanche Huff Stone. He and Carole Hahn were united in marriage, and she preceded him in death.

Jerry was a self-employed tax preparer and accountant and was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include his daughter, Sheila (Kevin) Pratt; son, Todd (Lynn) Stone; nine grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Carole, one daughter, Kimberly Dawn Stone, one infant grandson, Casey Taylor Stone, and two brothers, Kent and Dan Stone.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. today at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Missouri.

Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment will follow the service, at Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.

In lieu of Flowers donations can be made to the Ronald McDonald House.

Arrangements were under the care of Ford and Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
