Jerry Sneed

BERNIE, Mo. -- Jerry Ray Sneed, 47, of Bernie died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2001, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Mo.

He was born Dec. 20, 1953, at Dexter, son of Gene Ray and Carolyn June Dozier Sneed. He and Claudia J. Glasgow were married March 15, 1996, in Paragould, Ark.

Sneed was an auto body repairman at Jeremy's Cars Etc. of Dexter.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Jene Sneed of the home; a stepson, James Moody of Bernie; a stepdaughter, Claudia Henderson of Malden, Mo.; his mother of Malden; a brother, John Sneed of Advance, Mo.; two sisters, Audrey Hoggard of Malden, Jannett Stephens of Advance; and four stepgrandsons.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Friends may call at Rainey Funeral Home in Bernie from 5:30-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Stevens Cemetery near Bernie.
