Geraldine Elizabeth "Jerri" Dillon, 82, of Lawrenceburg, Tenn., died Friday, Aug. 1, 1997, at Columbia Crockett Hospital in Lawrenceburg. She was born Dec. 8, 1914, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Rudolph and Nellie Jane Young Crosnoe. She first married Clyde Dennis April 10, 1932, in Jonesboro, Ill. She later married Lloyd Dillon May 29, 1952, in Arkansas. He died Nov. 20, 1984...

Geraldine Elizabeth "Jerri" Dillon, 82, of Lawrenceburg, Tenn., died Friday, Aug. 1, 1997, at Columbia Crockett Hospital in Lawrenceburg.

She was born Dec. 8, 1914, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Rudolph and Nellie Jane Young Crosnoe. She first married Clyde Dennis April 10, 1932, in Jonesboro, Ill. She later married Lloyd Dillon May 29, 1952, in Arkansas. He died Nov. 20, 1984.

Dillon moved to Chillicothe, Ill., in 1964 from Cape Girardeau. She owned L&J Cafe a number of years, and retired in 1979 as night supervisor at BB's Restaurant.

She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau. She moved to Lawrenceburg in 1996.

Survivors include a son, Jack Dennis of Cadiz, Ky.; a daughter, Karen Flowers of Leoma, Tenn.; six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, with the Rev. Neil Stein officiating. Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery.
