Jennifer G. Radetic, 48, of Jackson died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2003, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 8, 1955, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Roy W. and Carrie McNeely Darter. She and Tom Radetic were married Aug. 19, 1988, at Cape Girardeau.

Tom and Jennifer owned and operated Global Golf Inc. She worked at J.C. Penney in Cape Girardeau and Paducah for more than 10 years. She was awarded the Bronze Cross from the Girl Scouts of America for a life-saving act. She graduated from Central High School in Cape Girardeau in 1974 and was a member of the Mad Money Investment Club. She attended St. Vincent De Paul Church in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include her husband; her parents of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Jordon Radetic; and two brothers, Roy E. Darter of Cape Girardeau and Terry Darter of St. Louis.

Active pallbearers for Jennifer Radetic are Bonnie Gerecke, Jo Enzmann, Cathy McCarty, Susan Schmidt, Cathy Wichert, Jayne Ervin, Cathy Chandler and Sandra Hermann. Honorary pallbearers are Jordon Radetic, Corrie Gerecke, Rachel Darter, Erin Darter and Jack Radetic.

Friends may call at Ford & Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday with parish prayers at 7 p.m. The funeral will be at St. Vincent de Paul Church at 10 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Charles Prost officiating. Burial will be at the Memorial Park Mausoleum in Cape Girardeau.
