JEFFREY M. PROBST

ALTENBURG -- Jeffrey Michael Probst, 26, of Altenburg, died Saturday, Dec. 23, 1995, at his home.

He was born Sept. 25, 1969, in Cape Girardeau, son of Michael Wayne and Marilyn Ackman Probst. He and Christine Lutes were married in 1989.

Probst worked at various restaurants in Cape Girardeau and was later employed by the Heartland Care and Rehab Center in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include his parents of Altenburg; two daughters, Stevie Berlin Probst and Lindsey Elizabeth Probst, both of Cape Girardeau; his maternal grandparents, Thomas and Lucille Ackman of Cape Girardeau; and his maternal great-grandmother, Paulene Horrell of Oran.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral chapel. The Rev. Arleem McClard will officiate, with burial in Lorimier Cemetery.
