Jeffery Mark Wulfers, 60, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2017, at Southeast Hospital.
He was born July 16, 1957, in Cape Girardeau to Jerry and Elaine Langston Wulfers.
He and Camie Amrhein were married April 22, 1978, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City.
He was a 1975 graduate of Notre Dame High School.
Jeffery had been a diesel mechanic for Jim Wilson Co. and Elfrink Truck Lines. He was also a warehouse manager for Fisher Auto Parts.
He was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral and Knights of Columbus Council 1111, in which he formerly served as Grand Knight.
He loved golf and spending time with his grandkids.
Survivors include his wife, Camie Wulfers of Cape Girardeau; mother, Elaine Northern of Benton, Missouri; one son, Jeremy (Megan) Wulfers of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Emily (fiance, David Kirn) Cleveland and Lindsey Wulfers Cox, both of Cape Girardeau; one brother, Tim (Becky) Wulfers of Mesa, Arizona; two sisters, Julie (Mark) LeNeave of Benton, Kentucky, and Terri (Phil) Brown of Springville, Tennessee; and nine grandchildren, Bradley, Gwendolyn and J.D. Cleveland, Kameron, Brynn, Leyton and Hudson Wulfers, Lukas Cox and Trafton Lipps.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Wulfers, and stepfather, Al Northern.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Cathedral in Cape Girardeau, with the Revs. Rick Jones and Allan Saunders concelebrating.Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
Memorial contributions may be given to Southeast Hospice, St. Mary's Cathedral or Knights of Columbus Council 1111.
